Head of the NSB meets the Air War College students
Minister Koziej familiarised the students of AWC with the structure and position of the Bureau as well as with its tasks.
He also introduced one of the main tasks currently completed by the National Security Bureau, i.e. Strategic Review of National Security, which aims at comprehensive evaluation of Polish security situation and forming conclusions relating to strategic aims and actions that can be undertaken by the state in the field of security itself and preparing the system of national security.
Head of the NSB referred also to the New Strategic Concept of the NATO, Polish expectations relating to implementation of arrangements made during Lisbon Summit and to the priorities of Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union, including strengthening Common Security and Defence Policy.
Important part of the meeting included questions asked by the AWC students, which related to among others relations between Poland and Germany and Russia, NATO enlargement and Ukraine.
