We would like kindly to inform you that the personal data administrator is the National Security Bureau (BBN)  based in Warsaw, at Karowa 10.

The National Security Bureau processes personal data that is obtained as a part of the public security and defense tasks entrusted to it by the President of the Republic of Poland and relevant consent granted to the Bureau by individuals. When processing personal data, it does not only involve automated decision making or profiling.

Individuals, whose data is processed by the National Security Bureau, have the right to:
- request access to their own personal data, as well as request rectification, deletion or limitation of processing;
- object to the processing of their personal data and withdraw at any time the consent granted without affecting the lawfulness of the processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory body regarding the protection of personal data, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

The period of storage of documentation containing personal data is determined on the basis of the provisions on the national archival resources and the Single substantive list of files, in force at the National Security Bureau.
