President Karol Nawrocki has decided to convene a meeting of the National Security Council in the aftermath of the violation of Poland’s airspace.

President Karol Nawrocki was a guest at the White House, at the invitation of Donald Trump. The leaders of Poland and the United States discussed security in terms of military, energy and economic cooperation. The latter was also discussed in relation to the Three Seas Initiative. President Nawrocki also extended an invitation to Donald Trump to visit Poland.

In an op-ed for Newsweek the Head of National Security Bureau under the President of Poland Sławomir Cenckiewicz highlights: “A permanent U.S. presence in Poland is essential to protect Europe and strengthen America’s global stance against coordinated adversaries.”

President of the Republic of Poland Karol Nawrocki took part in the commemoration of the 86th anniversary of the outbreak of World War II.

Following an invitation from the President of the Republic of Poland, Karol Nawrocki, the presidents of Lithuania, Gitanas Nausėda, Estonia, Alar Karis, and Latvia, Edgars Rinkēvičs, as well as Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen, arrived in Warsaw.

President of the Republic of Poland Karol Nawrocki represented Poland at a teleconference with European leaders organised by US President Donald Trump ahead of the meeting in Alaska.

Karol Nawrocki was sworn in before Poland's parliament on Wednesday for a five–year term of office as President of the Republic of Poland. He also assumed command of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland.

President Andrzej Duda has praised NATO's long–awaited move to ramp up the recommended defence spending level from 2 percent to 5 percent, saying the new threshold aligns with his suggestions and the "current situation".

President Andrzej Duda has reiterated his appeal for a swift adoption of a constitutional amendment that would set defence spending at no less than 4 percent of GDP.
