President meets Secretary of the National Security Council of Armenia

President of the Republic of Poland Bronisław Komorowski met on Wednesday, 3rd November with Secretary of the National Security Council of Armenia Artur Bagdasarian, who came to Poland invited by the Head of the National Security Bureau Stanisław Koziej.

On behalf of the President of Armenia Serge Sargasyan, Secretary of the National Security Council of Armenia invited President Komorowski to visit Armenia next spring. President Komorowski accepted the invitation.

During the meeting President and Secretary discussed several security issues. In this context, President Komorowski noted the fact that NSB and NSC of Armenia signed Memorandum of Cooperation. They also exchanged views on challenges relating to regional security and the role of the EU and NATO in providing it.

Head of NSB and Undersecretary of the State in the Presidential Chancellery Jaromir Sokołowski also participated in the meeting.
The program of official visit of Armenian delegation in Poland includes also meetings with representatives of Polish government and parliament.
