The discussion opened the Head of the National Security Bureau Minister Aleksander Szczyglo with his word, followed by Colonel Piotr Lukasiewicz – Plenipotentiary of Minister of National Defence for PMC Afghanistan and Ambassador Andrzej Arbiter – from the Department of Development Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Piotr Krawczyk – expert of the Polish International Affairs Institute.
