President condemns Ankara attacks

President Andrzej Duda in a Saturday condolence message to Turkish state head Recep Tayyip Erdogan condemned Saturday's terrorist attacks in the Turkish capital Ankara, in which at least 95 people died and close to 250 were injured.

"I was very shocked upon receiving news of the terrorist attack in the Turkish capital as a result of which so many innocent people died. This cruel and barbarous act awakens staunch opposition in us all and feelings of solidarity with the victims", the president wrote.

In his message Andrzej Duda also expressed his sympathies for the victims' families and next of kin, and wished hasty recovery to the injured.
