President B. Komorowski met with the US Secretary of Defense
On 31 January 2014, President of the Republic of Poland Bronisław Komorowski met with the US Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel. The talks covered the situation in Afghanistan, future of NATO, missile defense, bilateral military cooperation and the situation in Ukraine.

Secretary Hagel said that the meeting with the President Komorowski and earlier with the Prime Minister Donald Tusk once again confirmed partnership and friendship between Poland and the United States.
During the visit to Poland, Chuck Hagel met also with the defense minister Tomasz Siemoniak and foreign minister Radosław Sikorski.
