Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania visits the NSB
Tuesday, 7 February 2012. Head of the NSB Stanisław Koziej met with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Evaldas Ignatavičius, who is currently visiting Poland.
The main subjects discussed included experiences related to Polish presidency of the Council of the EU that came to an end in December 2011, expectations concerning the upcoming NATO summit in Chicago, situation in eastern neighbors of Poland and Lithuania and bilateral relations. It is worth mentioning that on 16 February 2012 President of Poland will pay a visit in Vilnius, where he and the First Lady will participate in the Lithuania’s Independence Day.
Both parties stressed their will to continue security dialogue between Poland and Lithuania in the future.
